I'm taking a brief break from this self-imposed hiatus to ask you all a poignant question.
If a woman is succeptable to what is (self-)described as uncontrollable emotional outbursts due to hormonal fluctuations as a direct result of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (commonly referred to as "PMS"), could an employer require these women to disclose when during their menstrual cycle they are prone to such outbursts when such behavior is extreme enough to impair good judgement and productivity? Please state your reasons why.

Ok...3 really beautiful women have virtually swooned since I announced my hiatus (see "filthy mouth" comments attached to announcement below). As such, I'll be posting little tidbits here and there.
